By accessing or using the website and services of OD Building Development (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
OD Building Development provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation services throughout the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. Our services include, but are not limited to, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, room additions, ADU construction, full-home remodels, landscaping, hardscaping, roofing, and interior/exterior painting. We operate under California Contractor’s License #1147388. All work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes and local regulations.
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for prospective projects. All estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change upon further inspection or if project scope changes. Final pricing is established in a written contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work after contract execution may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.

All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in project delays. We accept checks, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Interest may be charged on overdue balances as permitted by California law.
Project timelines provided in estimates and contracts are good-faith approximations. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, permitting delays, material availability, client-requested changes, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any significant schedule changes as soon as they are identified and work diligently to minimize delays.
OD Building Development stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide a warranty on labor as specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the client. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications to completed work. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, OD Building Development’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property not directly related to our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. Before pursuing litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation to resolve any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active projects under contract, the terms in effect at the time of contract execution shall govern that project.
